A: Yes it can, but the height of the vessel needs to be low.

Q: Our counter top is predrilled with the holes already. Is there anything to cover the holes?

A: Unfortunately Price Pfister does not make any faucet hole covers? So, you would have to put something like a Soap Dispenser in one of the holes and something in the other? Your only other option would be to go with one of their other versions that has handles on the left and right?
